Who provides StillMinds

StillMinds is provided by Belscar Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Belscar”, “we” or “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you are below the age at which you can agree to app terms in your location, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

These terms apply to StillMinds. Belscar's general website and consulting terms do not govern the app.

What the app does

StillMinds helps you organise tasks, plans, reminders, reflections, and medication information. You are responsible for checking anything important before acting on it. The app is a planning aid, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Do not rely on it for emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, or as your only medication reminder. Contact a qualified professional for medical questions.

Optional AI suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them, especially when they concern health, medication, dates, or other important decisions. AI access is subject to usage and safety limits, including for Premium subscribers.

Your information

You keep ownership of the content you enter. You give us permission to process content only as needed to provide the features you request. Most day-to-day information is kept on your device; some optional features send information to service providers. Read the StillMinds Privacy Policy for details. Please keep your device and any backups secure. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove information stored only on that device.

Free and Premium access

The app is free to download and includes free features. Premium unlocks additional features while an eligible subscription or other Premium entitlement is active. Features and usage limits are described in the app and may evolve. An active Premium entitlement may be restored through the app's Restore Purchases control using the store account that bought it.

Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The app shows the available plan, billing period, and local price before you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the then-applicable store price unless you cancel it through your Apple or Google subscription settings before the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. The store handles billing, refunds, and applicable purchase terms, subject to your legal rights.

Using the app responsibly

Do not misuse the app or its cloud services, interfere with their operation, attempt to bypass access or usage limits, or submit material that infringes others' rights or breaks the law. You may use the app for personal purposes under a limited, non-transferable licence while you comply with these terms. Belscar retains rights in the app, its design, and its software.

Availability and changes

We work to keep StillMinds available, but features that depend on your device, connectivity, app stores, or outside services may be interrupted. We may update the app and these terms as the product develops. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. If a change materially affects your paid access, your rights under applicable law and store rules still apply.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you cannot waive or limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory law in your country gives you additional protections.
